The MEP Facilities Engineer is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and performance of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within the assigned property or facility. The role ensures that building services are maintained in compliance with contractual requirements, HSE standards, statutory regulations, and client expectations while optimizing asset performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: ✅ Oversee operation and maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & BMS)
✅ Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities
✅ Supervise technicians and subcontractors
✅ Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements
✅ Monitor asset performance, KPIs, and energy efficiency initiatives
✅ Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5–8 years of Facilities Management experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting Systems, and BMS
- Experience with CAFM systems and maintenance planning
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
