Key Responsibilities
- Manage transition, handover, and close-out documentation for new properties/assets.
- Oversee daily FM operations across residential and commercial properties.
- Monitor FM contractors and service providers against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual requirements.
- Ensure effective implementation of preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance programs.
- Manage FM inspectors and coordinate operational activities.
- Support health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Prepare performance reports, audits, recommendations, and improvement plans.
- Support energy management and operational efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of Facilities Management experience, including 3+ years managing residential and commercial properties.
- Strong knowledge of integrated FM operations, maintenance management, and contractor performance management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CAFM systems, and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management, reporting, and leadership skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
