Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and supervise daily manufacturing operations.
- Ensure all bricks meet defined quality standards and specifications.
- Estimate and control manufacturing costs.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing (construction materials preferred).
- Experience with hydraulic/fly ash brick machines, cement, or similar industries is a strong advantage.
- Strong expertise in production planning, capacity utilization, and workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of quality control systems, testing methods, and relevant construction material standards.
- Ability to analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
