Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Application Engineer based in Montreal, QC, with options for remote work flexibility. The Field Application Engineer will provide technical support, assist in field applications, and collaborate with the sales team to deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, supporting analog and electronics systems, and ensuring client satisfaction through expert consultation and technical guidance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Field Applications and Technical Support
- Fluency in providing sales support and customer collaboration
- Knowledge of Analog systems and Electronics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional field travel
- Experience in the building solutions industry is a strong asset
