Overseas FAE (Field Application Engineer)
Key Responsibilities
● Provide technical support to overseas customers and resolve technical issues during product usage
● Collaborate with the sales team to deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and
solution explanations
● Communicate with customers to understand and analyze requirements, and identify business
opportunities
● Coordinate across sales, engineering, and R&D teams to ensure customer needs are met● Provide feedback and improvement suggestions to technical teams, supporting product planning
and sales strategy decisions
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree or above in embedded systems or related fields (e.g., IoT, telecommunications,
electronics engineering)
● Minimum 2 years of R&D or FAE experience, with strong knowledge of ARM-based hardware
and software design
● Strong communication skills and experience working with B2B clients
● Excellent coordination skills, customer-oriented mindset, and strong sense of responsibility

● Department: Overseas Sales Department, FORLINX EMBEDDED
● Reporting Line: Directly reports to the Head of Overseas Sales (Director)
● Compensation: Negotiable
