Role Description
The Field Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. Responsibilities include developing and managing customer relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, delivering technical sales presentations, and providing solutions tailored to client needs. The role involves coordinating with technical teams to offer customized engineering solutions, achieving sales targets, and assisting clients during project execution to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and understanding technical products or services
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Skills in Account Management, including client relationship building and customer support
- Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles, systems, and equipment
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
