Healthcare Digital Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Healthcare Digital Field Service Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will support advanced Enterprise Imaging Solutions across Radiology and Cardiology domains while serving as a Resident Engineer at designated customer sites as required by contractual agreements

.You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, support, maintenance, and optimization of critical healthcare IT systems, including RIS, PACS, VNA, and integrated healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent customer-facing skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional healthcare technology solutions

.Key Responsibilitie

sSystem Implementation & Commissionin

  • gLead the installation, configuration, and commissioning of healthcare IT solutions, including
  • :RIS (Radiology Information Systems
  • )PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems
  • )VNA (Vendor Neutral Archive
  • )Cardiology Imaging System
  • sThird-party healthcare applications and hardwar
  • eConduct site surveys and support system deployments, upgrades, migrations, and go-live activities
  • .Ensure successful integration between healthcare applications and hospital systems

.Technical Support & Operation

  • sProvide onsite and remote technical support to customers, ensuring high system availability and operational excellence
  • .Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer incidents, service requests, and escalations
  • .Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis
  • .Coordinate with regional and global support teams to resolve critical incidents
  • .Support day-to-day operations and assist customers in the effective use of healthcare IT applications

.Resident Engineer Responsibilitie

  • sServe as a Resident Engineer at customer sites when required by contractual agreements
  • .Work closely with customer teams and align support activities with their operational schedules
  • .Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

.System Monitoring & Optimizatio

  • nConduct regular system health checks and proactive maintenance activities
  • .Monitor system performance and identify potential risks before they impact operations
  • .Recommend and implement technical improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency

.Customer Engagement & Continuous Improvemen

  • tLead customer communications during critical incidents and service-impacting events
  • .Facilitate post-incident reviews and retrospective meetings
  • .Analyze customer feedback and support data to identify improvement opportunities
  • .Drive initiatives that enhance support processes and customer experience

.Documentation & Knowledge Managemen
