🚀 Hiring: Engineering Manager| Fintech | Cairo, Maadi, Egypt (On-site)
This is not a pure people-management role. We're seeking a builder who is deeply involved in coding, architecture, technical decision-making, and team building.
🔑 Core Requirements
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on development expertise
• Proven engineering leadership experience in startups or fast-paced technology environments
• Strong backend expertise in Node.js and PostgreSQL
• Solid experience with Flutter (mandatory)
• Experience with Vue.js is highly preferred
• Strong Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure background
• Experience building and scaling engineering teams
• Fintech, digital banking, payments, wallets, cards, or financial services experience is required
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and financial data protection
• Experience driving AI-assisted development practices is a strong plus
• Willingness to remain actively involved in coding, system design, and architecture
