Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Fit Out Site Engineer to join our team on-site in Riyadh. In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of fit-out projects, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, conduct quality control checks, and ensure compliance with structural and safety standards. You will be responsible for maintaining communication with stakeholders, providing technical guidance, and ensuring timely and effective completion of all site activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in on-site management and implementation
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong background in quality control and assurance within construction projects
- Expertise in structural engineering and knowledge of civil engineering principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Experience in fit-out projects or similar construction roles is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant design and project management software
