Role Description This part-time remote Fresher Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) role at Techshare RPA focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making across projects. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and validating data from various sources, as well as organizing data sets for analysis and reporting. You will assist with basic data analysis, generating summary reports and visualizations, and highlighting trends or anomalies for more senior team members. Day-to-day responsibilities also include documenting methods, maintaining dashboards or spreadsheets, and collaborating with team members to understand reporting requirements. You will work closely with mentors who will guide you in best practices for data analytics within RPA and automation-focused projects.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities to interpret datasets and derive basic insights.
- Basic understanding of Statistics and Data Modeling concepts to support structured analysis and reporting.
- Clear and professional Communication skills to explain findings and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and/or basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus).
- Ability to learn quickly, follow defined processes, and work independently in a remote, part-time environment.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to seek guidance and feedback.
- Relevant coursework or internship experience in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
