A rapidly growing aerospace & defense manufacturer is seeking a high-impact Vice President & General Manager to help lead the next phase of aggressive operational growth and strategic expansion.
This is not a maintenance leadership role.
This is a hands-on operational leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability manufacturing environments where execution matters.
The organization supports mission-critical aerospace and defense programs and is experiencing significant growth tied to new contracts, acquisitions, and long-term expansion initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
• 10+ years of aerospace & defense manufacturing leadership experience
• Plant Manager, Director, VP Ops, or GM-level leadership background
• Strong experience in precision machining, fabrication, welding, assemblies, or complex manufacturing would be a PLUS
• Proven ability to scale operations and lead through rapid growth
• Experience driving operational excellence, EBITDA performance, throughput, quality, and delivery metrics
• Comfortable leading cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and program management
• Experience within AS9100 and defense manufacturing environments strongly preferred
• Prior exposure to private equity-backed or high-growth environments is a major plus
