Role Description
We're looking for a skilled GPT Agent Builder to design, build, and optimize AI-powered agents that automate business workflows, improve productivity, and deliver exceptional user experiences. You'll work with modern LLMs, prompt engineering, automation platforms, APIs, and custom integrations to create reliable, production-ready AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and building conversational agents or chatbots.
- Strong skills in software development (e.g., Python or JavaScript), API integration, and working with cloud or SaaS platforms.
- Ability to analyze user workflows, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and design practical AI solutions.
- Familiarity with data handling, model evaluation, and basic principles of AI safety, privacy, and responsible AI use.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to independently manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) where appropriate.
