The Role
We are looking for a Graduate AI & Field Deployment Engineer who is passionate about AI, software engineering, and solving real business problems.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate who wants hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions in real enterprise environments. You will work directly with customers, engineers, and product teams to deploy Agento, configure integrations, develop AI-powered workflows, and help customers realise value from automation.

Applicants must be graduates from:
- FAST – National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (NUCES)
- NED University of Engineering and Technology
- National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST)
- LUMS
- IBA
Bachelor’s in:
- Computer Science
- Software Engineering
Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience.
Role Overview
You will help design and build:
- Enterprise-grade AI agents
- Front end web for the better UI and UX (Can be vibe coded, but needs to know safety fundamentals)
- MCP-based tool orchestration layer
- Workflow-driven AI execution engines
- RAG systems over structured and unstructured documents
- Document generation systems with strict schemas
- Validation & compliance layers
Required Technical Skills
Strong Foundation In:
- Python (FastAPI preferred)
- RESTful APIs
- PostgreSQL
- Clean architecture principles
- Git
Exposure To:
