The Graduate Engineer will work under the supervision of senior engineers and project managers, assisting in:
- Preparing technical drawings, calculations, and design proposals for scaffolding, falsework, and shoring systems.
- Supporting site inspections, measurements, and documentation of site conditions.
- Assisting in the preparation of inspection reports, progress reports, and compliance records.
- Coordinating with project and site teams to update documentation and ensure adherence to safety and engineering standards.
- Participating in project planning activities, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives for engineering and installation processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or final‑year undergraduate) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; familiarity with CAD or equivalent design software preferred.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail in calculations and documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting and coordination.
- Willingness to work on‑site, conduct field inspections, and comply strictly with safety regulations.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to follow guidance while managing assigned tasks responsibly.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
