Parts Logistics Graduate Trainee
BMW Group Malaysia
We are currently on the lookout for a Parts Logistics Graduate Trainee who will be based in our Head Office in Cyberjaya, Selangor. This role will work closely with the Parts Distribution team to support day‑to‑day activities, ensure smooth parts availability, and maintain accurate records while developing practical workplace skills.
What awaits you?
- Assist in the processing and management of parts and accessories orders, including stock replenishment and urgent/rush orders
- Support day‑to‑day parts supply operations to ensure parts availability, timely deliveries, and effective inventory control
- Provide supply status updates and service information to internal departments and the dealer network
- Support the monitoring and basic administration of IT systems related to parts supply functions
- Help manage and track priority and outstanding orders, including technical campaigns and delivery‑stop parts, to support parts allocation planning
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers to resolve order discrepancies such as over‑supply, under‑supply, or incorrect deliveries
- Work with internal departments to ensure parts, tools, workshop equipment, and literature are available for timely distribution to the dealer network
- Assist in reviewing lead times and coordinating delivery schedules with the Parts Distribution Centre (PDC)
- Support the resolution of dealer parts enquiries, ensuring warehouse stock accuracy and technical correctness
- Assist in managing internal consumption orders for BMW Group employees
What should you bring along?
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Technical education or a related field
- Fluent in Malay and English
- Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
