Education Requirements
- Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of working experience
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field:
- Commercial: Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- Supply Chain: Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields
- Corporate Affairs & Sustainability: Communications, PR, Journalism, IR, Business, Environmental Science, or related fields
Competency Requirements
- Strong academic foundation combined with a curious, dynamic, and learning-oriented mindset
- Strong collaboration, communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills
- Involvement in internships, extracurricular activities, or relevant projects will be an advantage.
- High motivation for a long-term career in the FMCG / beer industry
