Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Growth & Partnership Lead. The role involves identifying and building partnerships with community organizations, managing relationships to promote collaboration, and driving growth for the platform. Responsibilities include crafting outreach strategies, negotiating partnerships, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The Growth & Partnership Lead will play a key role in expanding Markaz's reach within local and broader Muslim communities by actively promoting the platform's values and services.
Qualifications
- Partnership Development: Experience in building and maintaining relationships with community organizations, stakeholders, and other partners
- Strategic Growth: Skills in developing outreach strategies, driving engagement, and identifying opportunities for platform expansion
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
- Data Analysis: Ability to track performance metrics and analyze data to inform outreach and partnership efforts
- Adaptability: Capability to work in a flexible, remote environment and balance multiple priorities effectively
- Passion for Community Engagement: Demonstrated understanding or experience with Muslim communities and their needs
