We’re expanding our team at JATDEV and looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to drive automation, scalability, and reliability across our systems.

Core Responsibilities

Build and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (modular, version-controlled, zero manual changes)

Design, secure, and scale Kubernetes clusters (networking, ingress, HA workloads)

Implement GitOps using ArgoCD (Git as the single source of truth)

Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Jenkins)

Drive security best practices (RBAC, mTLS, secrets management, container scanning)

Build observability frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, SLOs)

What We’re Looking For

5+ years (Senior) | 8–10+ years (Lead) in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering

Engineering or Computer Science degree is a must

Strong expertise in Terraform & Kubernetes

Experience with AWS (EKS, VPC, RDS) and/or on-prem environments

Solid understanding of networking, security, and system design

Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go)

For Lead Candidates (In Addition)

Proven experience in leading DevOps / platform teams

Ability to define architecture, standards, and roadmap

Strong stakeholder communication & decision-making skills

Experience with cost optimization (FinOps) and scaling strategies
