A well-established firm in Cebu City involve with construction and real estate industries is seeking for an Engineering Head to be based here in Metro Manila as part of its local expansion.
Work set up: Hybrid (mon-sat); permanent and full time
Job Summary:
As a senior technical authority, he will institutionalize world-class project delivery frameworks, integrating BIM and ISO systems while operating within the EOS framework. He will manage multi-disciplinary teams and navigate complex Philippine regulatory environment (Marina, PPA, DENR) to ensure operational readiness.
Job Requirements:
-A licensed civil or marine engineer with 10-15 years of heavy infrastructure and portfolio management experience
-Proven track record in greenfield industrial startups or marine/port development
-Expertise in BIM level 2 and ISO 9001/14001/45001 implementation
-Strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead billion-peso project values
-Willing to travel nationwide Philippines
