Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Packaging industry and is looking for Head of Engineering high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.
- Working location: Cu Chi, HCM (Shutle bus provided)
- Working time: 8.00 am – 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Salary: $2500 - $3000 gross

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and installation activities across machines, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs and major overhauls, ensuring coordination across departments.
- Monitor production and quality data to adjust maintenance strategies for performance improvement.
- Supervise technicians; ensure proper training on equipment handling and safety standards.
- Manage maintenance resources, tools, and spare parts; control R&M costs within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment, repairs, and service history; ensure compliance with maintenance protocols.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (suppliers/contractors) to resolve technical issues and reduce downtime.
- Track and optimize energy and water consumption in alignment with set targets.
- Prepare and manage the annual R&M budget, aligning with company goals and operational requirements.
Job Requirement
- 5-year Engineering Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or related fields, 10 years of progressive experience in engineering management
- Professional license is a plus
- Background in manufacturing, ideally in packaging industry
- Advantageous: experience in EBM, SBM, IM
- Knowledgeable in:
- Utilities: water, wastewater, electrical, lighting, AHU, cooling tower, boiler, softener
- Systems: building control, electronics, hydraulics, crane
- Standards: energy monitoring, occupational health & safety, ISO 50001 (EMS)
- Strong in resource and manpower optimization to meet target
- In-depth expertise in both electrical and mechanical technologies
- Proficient in computer use and engineering software
- Knowledgeable in ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5S, and safety standards
- Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills; effective cross-functional collaboration
- Clear communication skills for engineering-related concerns
- Excellent English (oral & written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
