We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven, and highly experienced Head of Operations to lead and optimize the organization’s operational functions. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, scaling business processes, and ensuring the successful execution of company objectives across multiple departments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company’s vision, objectives, and growth plans.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple business functions to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality, and service excellence.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive business performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, cost reduction, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage operational budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and performance targets.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic planning, business expansion, and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, quality standards, and risk management frameworks.
• Build, lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operational teams and department leaders.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to support business continuity and sustainable growth.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between operations, finance, human resources, technology, supply chain, sales, and customer service teams.
• Evaluate and implement systems, technologies, and best practices that enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
✅ Requirements
• Proven experience in senior operations leadership roles such as Head of Operations, Operations Director, General Manager, or similar positions.
• Strong track record of leading large-scale operations and delivering measurable business improvements.
• Excellent strategic planning, execution, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and performance analysis.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
• Experience driving operational transformation, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment.
• A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field is preferred. An MBA or postgraduate qualification is advantageous but not required.
