REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety/Environment Engineering.
- Having minimum 7-10 year of working experiences in related field.
- Having SMKP Auditor (Mandatory), AK3 Umum License, , AK3 Migas will be an advantage, SMK3.
- Knowledgeable on tender process, CSMS
- Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 17020 will be advantage.
- Capable for creating and reviewing of HIRADC, IADL and Investigation.
- Good Leadership, Communication, Interpersonal Skill and Fast-Learner.
- Able to work independently and in a team, neat and detail oriented.
- Work location : Head Office, West Jakarta.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies in line with legal requirements and company standards
- Develop strategies to minimize or eliminate risks in the workplace and conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Organize and provide training for employees on safety practices, emergency procedures, and environmental policies
- Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities in maintaining a safe work environment
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement corrective actions
- Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios, such as fires, chemical spills, or natural disasters
- Oversee the company’s environmental impact, including waste management, pollution control, and resource conservation
- Prepare reports on safety performance, incidents, and compliance status for senior management
- Lead initiatives to continuously improve health, safety, and environmental performance
