Salary: $130k – $180k + Super
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan preventative and corrective maintenance schedules for the entire fleet.
- Oversee daily schedules for 800+ heavy mobile plant assets.
- Implement effective asset lifecycle strategies to reduce long-term costs.
- Maintain strict HSSE and WAHVA compliance across all workshop sites.
- Manage OEM and key supplier relationships to ensure parts availability.
What You’ll Bring:
- Qualified Heavy Diesel (HD) Fitter with current trade certification.
- Large-scale civil earthmoving fleet experience within the Western Australian market.
- Proven leadership and culture change skills for workshop environments.
- Proficiency in MEX or CMMS software for detailed asset tracking.
- Solid understanding of heavy vehicle accreditation and statutory requirements.
