We are looking for an HSE Officer to coordinate a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace by ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, company standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Areas of Responsibility:
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and management systems, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3 requirements
- Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, audits, and incident investigations, while driving corrective and preventive actions
- Lead HSE training, safety awareness programs, and PPE management to promote a strong safety culture across the organization
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including emergency response plans, drills, and readiness programs
- Coordinate environmental management initiatives, including waste management, sustainability reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate P2K3 activities, monitor HSE performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 6S implementation and workplace safety programs
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Certified in Occupational Health & Safety (K3) or other relevant HSE certifications (MANDATORY)
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, risk assessment, and incident investigation practices
- Familiar with emergency response, PPE management, environmental compliance, and workplace safety programs
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
