  • Coordinate mechanical systems with architectural and structural models
  • Support engineers throughout design development and construction document phases
  • Maintain drawing standards, sheet organization, and model discipline across projects
  • Incorporate redlines and revisions accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate progress clearly with the team in English

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, MEP/HVAC workflows
  • Background in mechanical, HVAC, or building systems drafting or design
  • Equipment selection: ability to specify HVAC equipment based on project requirements and performance criteria

  • English proficiency, written and spoken
  • Self-directed and consistent in a remote environment

Valued Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical specs and schedules in the U.S. format
  • Engineering-level understanding of how HVAC systems are sized, selected, and controlled

  • Career path: Designer → Engineer → Associate Principal Engineer
  • $500 USD/year professional development allowance
  • $50 USD/month health, wellness & connectivity allowance
