We are seeking experienced Service Engineers to support nationwide ID Card Printer deployment, maintenance, and technical support operations.
Requirements
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- ID Card Issuance Services
- ID Card Printer Hardware Support
- Printer Software Support
- Deployment & Maintenance Activities
✅ Certifications:
- CCNP Certification
- Server Administration Certification
- Manufacturer Certification in ID Card Printer solution
✅ Additional Requirements:
- Arabic Speaker preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts or customer-required duty schedules.
Responsibilities
- Installation and deployment of ID card printers.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Support issuance operations and related infrastructure.
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams.
- Ensure service continuity and SLA compliance.
