BAC +5 / Engineering Diploma.
1 to 2 years of experience in the Autoimotive industry in management of supplier and customer quality complaints.
Handling supplier non-conformities (proficient in quality tools such as 8D, QRQC, 5M, 5 Whys, PPAP, APQP, FMEA).
Management of scrap and return of defective goods to suppliers.
Monitoring and chargeback of supplier non-quality costs.
Reading and interpretation of technical drawings.
Instrumentation.
Management and calibration of measuring instruments.
Problem solving thinking & solid technical background.
Ability to prioritize.
Organized, stress resistant, versatile, initiative taker, self-starter…
Conflict management.
Perfect command of spoken and written English.

ChallengeCheck:

Handling of supplier complaint and escalation process (problem solving tool, meeting skills, reporting …)
Monitoring of quality cost (complaint cost submission, negotiation & credit follow up).
Product display decision (Scrap, returns arrangement, blocked stock adjustment …)
Handling of non-conforming products according to standards & requirements.
Sorting activity Management.
Quality Incoming team qualification (ensure necessary trainings & development of team members).
Handle non-conformities arising from customer audits, ensuring timely communication of action plans and findings.
Knowledge of quality norms and standards (IATF16949, VDA, Quality core tools, CSR,…)
Active participation in developing new projects and serial transfer.
Support the production plant in quality improvements (product and process) through process audits, etc.
Knowledge of SAP, customer portals…
