We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Electrical Engineer or Technician to join our maintenance engineering team. In this role, the selected employee will be responsible for ensuring the operational continuity, efficiency, and safety of our highly automated cheese production and packaging lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Operations: Perform routine, preventive, and emergency electrical maintenance across all company production and utility lines.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose, analyze, and execute rapid troubleshooting on complex, automated dairy processing machinery to minimize downtime and optimize line efficiency.
- Control Systems: Maintain, program, and troubleshoot Classic and Advanced Control systems, including Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and automated sensors.
- Technical Documentation: Read, interpret, and update complex electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical manuals.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the production team to drive continuous operational improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of solid, hands-on experience as an electrical technician.
- Industry Background: Industrial factory experience is mandatory (prior experience in food manufacturing, dairy, or FMCG plants is highly preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep, proven knowledge of Classic and Advanced Control circuits.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional, fast-paced mechanical-electrical troubleshooting skills on live production lines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
