Industrial Engineer is responsible for supporting sample production activities, conducting process and product evaluations, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing operations. This role ensures production processes are stable, efficient, and aligned with operational standards by analyzing defects, collecting process data, and preparing operation instruction documents.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and follow up sample making requests from Japan side.
- Conduct sample tests and evaluate product/process conditions.
- Collect characteristic data and report results to supervisor.
- Prepare and maintain operation instruction sheets.
- Perform product defect analysis and support corrective actions.
- Participate in process improvement activities to enhance production efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Graduated from College or above, preferably in Engineering or related technical fields.
- No require experience, similar experience is better.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel and auto CAD
- English reading skill for document understanding.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of passive components is preferred.
