Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Industrial Engineering Lead – Apparel to drive operational excellence within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-volume production operations, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and play a key role in enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
You will be part of a performance-driven culture that values innovation, process optimisation, and data-driven decision-making. The role provides exposure to modern manufacturing practices, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to influence large-scale production outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse production requirements to determine optimal resource and material utilisation
- Optimise production layouts and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
- Conduct time and motion studies and support SMV improvements
- Monitor and analyse production performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations
- Support workforce planning and resource allocation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
- Ensure production readiness through proper planning of machines and resources
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes and workflow optimisation
- Experience in time studies, efficiency analysis, and process improvement
- Familiarity with industrial engineering tools/software is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
