abra SAP department is seeking an Industrial Engineering Student / Entry-Level Specialist.

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Engineering Student / Entry-Level Specialist to integrate into a practical project focused on establishing Bills of Materials (BOM) within an ERP system for a manufacturing plant.

This role requires a process-oriented mindset, strong technological orientation, and a proactive approach to data management and AI utilization.

A part-time to full-time (50%-100%) position, based in Northern Israel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extracting information and data from the SAP B1 system.
  • Gathering professional knowledge from production and operations teams.
  • Organizing, cross-referencing, and refining data from various sources.
  • Assisting in the creation and updating of Bills of Materials (BOM) in the SAP B1 system.
  • Performing quality checks on the established BOMs to ensure alignment with inventory, production, and operational requirements.
  • Identifying data gaps or missing information and resolving them with the relevant teams.
  • Utilizing advanced AI tools (specifically Claude and Claude Code) for knowledge organization, data summary, analysis, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Student towards a degree in Engineering, Graduate, or Practical Engineer (Handasai) / Entry-level professional.
  • Preference for fields of study in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, or a similar relevant domain.
  • High proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with production processes, inventory, or Bills of Materials (BOM) – a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI tools, with an emphasis on Claude / Claude Code – a major advantage.
  • No prior experience in a similar role is required, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
  • Process-oriented and technologically inclined, with strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to ask the right questions, gather information, and connect people, processes, and data.
  • Driven by curiosity, responsibility, and a proactive desire to learn and grow.
