Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional industrial or engineering projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment without direct reporting authority.
- Strong understanding of project execution in Mexico.
- PMP certification (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.
- Experience in EPC, industrial automation, logistics, or complex engineered systems is highly desirable.
- Strong contract management and commercial acumen are considered a plus.
