Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk Support Specialist, based in Riyadh. The role involves providing technical support to end users by troubleshooting IT issues and resolving hardware, software, and network-related problems. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining network security, assisting with system administration, and offering exceptional customer support. Additional responsibilities include installing, configuring, and monitoring IT systems to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Information Technology
- Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of Network Security principles and best practices
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
