- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for computer systems, hardware, software, networks, and peripherals across the head office, branches, and project sites.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, network resources, and user accounts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, email, and user-related issues in a timely manner.
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems and door access control systems.
- Maintain IT assets and documentation, assist with software deployment, and support network administration to ensure smooth business operations.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
