The Faculty of Economics in partnership with the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Natural Sciences offers the Master of science in Innovation and Technology Management.
Programme aims
The Master of Science in Innovation and Technology Management (ITEM) is a two-year programme designed for students who want to develop multidisciplinary skills suited to the new business contexts generated by the innovations that accompany the so-called Industry 4.0.
The programme wants to create flexible professional profiles capable of understanding the potential of product and process technologies and generating new market spaces and new business opportunities. The student can choose among a wide range of courses thanks to which they will learn how to analyse the macro-economic scenarios and the impact of technological development on business trends, how to conduct the financial assessment of an innovation project, how to manage a change programme, how to cope with legal matters involved in the adoption of a new technology, how to draw up appropriate strategies for new products and businesses. Furthermore, students will develop the soft skills necessary to manage a change process.
