Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects including development applications
• Prepare planning justification reports and related documents
• Analyze planning policies and regulations
• Liaise with clients and municipal stakeholders
• Attend client and Council meetings, both virtual and in-person
Requirements:
• University or College degree in planning
• Experience in the planning field in Ontario preferred
• Membership in CIP, OPPI, or CACPT ideal
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
