Join our team as an Engineering Intern supporting production line operations through data-driven analysis and practical improvements. Suitable for students in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
This role offers the chance to gain real-world experience while working on production line efficiencies and enhancements. Engineering students will conduct time studies, analyze production metrics, and participate in Lean Manufacturing practices aimed at boosting overall equipment effectiveness and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct time studies and identify improvement opportunities
• Analyze production data related to cycle times and scrap rates
• Assist with capacity analysis and process optimization
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives throughout production
• Develop SOPs and assist in troubleshooting processes
Requirements:
• Pursuing a degree in relevant engineering disciplines
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis tasks
• Familiarity with Lean principles is an asset
• Understanding of mechanical or electrical systems preferred
