Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Inventory / SCM Support Engineer to support warehouse operations, inventory validation, and ERP-based supply chain processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle, SAP, or IBM Maximo, along with strong knowledge of warehouse operations, barcode/RFID technologies, and physical inventory verification.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inventory validation and physical stock verification.
- Support warehouse mapping and material master data validation.
- Troubleshoot barcode scanners, RFID devices, and warehouse hardware.
- Execute inventory transactions and reconciliation in Oracle, SAP, or Maximo.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Support warehouse system testing, implementation, and on-site validation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and IT teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or SCM systems.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SCM, SAP MM/WM/EWM, or IBM Maximo.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and material management.
- Experience with barcode/RFID devices and warehouse hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Industrial, or Large Enterprise environments.
- Oracle, SAP, Maximo, or Supply Chain certifications are an advantage.
