Udupi Cochin Shipyard Limited (UCSL), Malpe in Karnataka State, is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), invites applications from eligible ITI certificate holders for undergoing one year Apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act 1961.

- Pass in ITI in the concerned trade (National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the designated trades)

Stipend per month : Rs.12,600
Age : Minimum 18 years as on 18.05.2026
DURATION OF TRAINING: The duration of Apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year as per the Apprenticeship Act 1961. Those who have undergone apprenticeship training in any organisation for any duration under the Apprentices Act, 1961, are not eligible to apply.
Selection Procedure
Only candidates who are domicile of Karnataka, shall be considered. Short-listing of candidates will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification applicable to the respective trades. In case, same percentage of marks is secured by more than one candidate in prescribed qualification, relative merit shall be decided based on seniority in age.
