Candidate Requirements
- Citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Higher education in aviation engineering or related technical field;
- Strong computer skills;
- Fluent command of Uzbek, Russian, and English;
- Work experience in the aviation sector (preferably at least 1 year in civil aviation engineering);
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize the full process of aircraft technical operations in compliance with international and domestic standards;
- Continuously monitor and ensure fleet reliability;
- Develop aircraft maintenance programs;
- Perform engineering tasks related to technical and flight operations;
- Improve aircraft reliability and enhance flight safety;
- Optimize maintenance costs and increase operational efficiency;
- Monitor technical parameters and provide support during the acceptance of new aircraft.
