Why we’d want to work with you
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager / Business Analyst to support the delivery of client-facing projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is well organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams to keep projects moving forward. You will work closely with senior Project and Program Managers to coordinate delivery, track progress, and gather business requirements, helping ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned to client needs.
What you’ll do:
- Support the execution of multiple projects across the implementation lifecycle, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality expectations are met
- Help gather and document client needs and requirements to support the wider delivery team
- Track and maintain project plans, action items, risks, and dependencies across workstreams
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking of work items, statuses, and estimates across multiple tools and sources, keeping project plans reconciled and trustworthy
- Prepare status updates and reporting to ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into progress and issues
- Help track and report on time-sensitive and compliance-driven deliverables, where deadlines are set externally and must be met
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
- Identify and escalate risks or blockers and support resolution
- Support change request tracking and documentation as project needs evolve
- Participate in client meetings, capture notes and action items, and follow up on next steps
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to delivery and client experience
What you'll need:
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or a related role
- Basic understanding of project management and agile delivery practices
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document requirements accurately
- Comfortable working with data and synthesising information from multiple sources
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Nice to have:
- Exposure to SaaS or software implementation environments
- Experience writing user stories or supporting backlog management
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Interest in client-facing work or customer success
