Junior Civil Site Engineer
📍 Location: Oman
We are looking for a motivated Junior Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience on building construction projects while working under the guidance of experienced engineers and project leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision and execution of daily site activities.
- Support the construction of building works from substructure to superstructure, including architectural finishes and external works.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and manpower to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in monitoring work quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Support the implementation of HSE policies and site safety requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and project documentation.
- Work closely with senior engineers to resolve site issues and ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 0–4 years of experience in building construction (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and engineering drawings.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop within a professional construction environment.
- Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Oman.
