About the Role
We are looking for high-potential Metallurgical Engineering graduates to join our Research & Development team. In this role, you will be involved in metallurgical testing, experimental research, and process improvement initiatives supporting large-scale nickel processing and materials development. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in industrial metallurgy, process innovation, and large-scale mining downstream operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory testing including chemical analysis, microstructure examination, and mechanical testing.
- Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports.
- Support troubleshooting and metallurgical process optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering.
- Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
