About the Role

We are looking for high-potential Metallurgical Engineering graduates to join our Research & Development team. In this role, you will be involved in metallurgical testing, experimental research, and process improvement initiatives supporting large-scale nickel processing and materials development. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in industrial metallurgy, process innovation, and large-scale mining downstream operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct laboratory testing including chemical analysis, microstructure examination, and mechanical testing.
  • Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports.
  • Support troubleshooting and metallurgical process optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering.
  • Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
