Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily batching plant operations and ready-mix concrete production.
- Ensure concrete is produced in accordance with approved mix designs and quality standards.
- Carry out routine quality control tests and maintain related records.
- Coordinate with the Production, Dispatch, and Maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Monitor the consumption and availability of raw materials and report any shortages.
- Maintain daily production, delivery, and quality documentation.
- Assist in preventive maintenance and report equipment faults for timely repair.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and housekeeping standards.
- Provide technical support during concrete production and delivery, and perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Education: diploma in civil engineering
- Skills: ready mix concrete, cem, construction management
