Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 (one) year of professional experience in Technical Support, Cyber Security Operations, or other relevant fields required by the Company.
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or other related disciplines.
- Demonstrated understanding of Information Security principles and the ability to operate security-related tools, applications, and technologies used to support cybersecurity operations.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, computer networking (TCP/IP), user administration, and technical troubleshooting methodologies.
- Capable of performing initial incident analysis, issue escalation, and documentation of technical and security-related incidents in accordance with established operational procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to continuously learn emerging cybersecurity technologies and threat landscapes.
