We are looking for a hands-on Junior Test Engineer to be part of our New Product Introduction and Improvement team.
Your role will involve developing testing stations and procedures for our advanced defence applications while supporting production teams in troubleshooting processes. Effective collaboration with various engineering functions is key to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support design for testing of electro-mechanical products
• Collaborate on manufacturability and testability optimizations
• Contribute to Material Review Board decisions
• Implement design changes for manufacturing improvements
• Prepare and maintain process documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
• 0-3 years in a manufacturing environment, defense preferred
• Experience with electro-mechanical systems and CAD tools
• Familiarity with PCB design and testing processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
