About the Role
We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our growing team. This role involves hands-on laboratory work, supporting a range of geotechnical and construction materials testing projects. You will help ensure accurate, timely testing and reporting for major civil infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
•Ensure compliance with NATA regulatory requirements for testing
•Manage the booking and logging of samples and project work
•Prepare samples for testing and perform tests as required
•Ensure results meet all industry standards and quality requirements
•Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas
•Conduct checks on results and reports
•Follow Work Health and Safety requirements, including SWMS, and promote a culture
of safety and wellbeing
•Uphold the laboratory’s ISO 17025 accreditation and adhere to the Quality Management System (QMS)
•Undertake other reasonable tasks as directed
