Lead Installation Rep CGS – Project Management & Coordination
Constellation Energy seeks a Lead Installation Rep to oversee complex energy and utilities installations from planning through commissioning. In this field-focused role, you’ll coordinate schedules and subcontractors, lead onsite crews, and ensure safe, high-quality installation of electric, gas, and renewable systems. You’ll serve as the primary customer contact, conduct site assessments, interpret drawings, and manage risks to keep projects on time and on budget.
Collaborating across engineering and sales, you’ll help refine scopes, solve field challenges, and mentor junior reps while supporting Constellation’s culture of innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
