This role demands a seasoned professional with 12+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will oversee the end-to-end integration flows for probe card manufacturing and ensure alignment across all engineering functions. Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing yield performance and driving new product readiness for high-volume production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and own end-to-end process flows for semiconductor products
• Lead initiatives to identify and reduce defects
• Manage technology transfers for new products and pilot builds
• Develop integrated process specifications and control strategies
• Act as the technical lead across cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• Minimum of 12 years in semiconductor process integration
• Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s or Ph.D. preferred
• Expertise in design for manufacturability and reliability
• Familiarity with DMAIC and structured problem-solving methods
• Strong mentoring abilities for junior engineers
