Job Purpose:
Takes ownership of planning for major projects or complex programs. Drives the planning strategy, leads schedule integration across disciplines, and ensures time-related risks are identified and addressed early.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and control of comprehensive project schedules for large-scale or multidisciplinary projects.
- Conduct integrated critical path, time impact, and resource-loaded schedule analyses.
- Collaborate with project managers to align schedules with key milestones and contractual obligations.
- Collaborates closely with cost control, risk management, and contract administration to ensure schedule reporting aligns with project controls framework.
- Oversee preparation of high-level dashboards, executive summaries, and strategic insights for client presentations.
- Resolve planning disputes and assess delays with structured analysis and documentation.
- Implement planning and project controls procedures and ensure compliance across project teams.
- Advise teams on schedule recovery planning, acceleration strategies, and risk mitigation.
- Review and endorse planning deliverables prepared by junior and mid-level planners.
- Act as the main planning interface for clients and internal leadership.
- Contribute to the improvement of organizational planning standards and tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- 8+ years of planning experience; proven success on large or complex projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, forensic planning and delay analysis techniques, reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent, and stakeholder engagement.
